The #april2021botmpick for #EgalitarianBookClub arrived yesterday. #peoplewemeetonvacation 🏖🍹😎 by @emilyhenrywrites. Hope to read it over the coming weekend. I could use a light and happy read right now. And I loved Beach Read for so many reasons. It was the book that changed my entire perspective on the romance genre and women's writing work. And it was also very enjoyable to read. Glad to hear so far that People We Meet On Vacation is just as good! 😁💖 ⠀

Just started #sparkslikestars by @nadiahashimibooks this morning. Wow, do I think I am going to love this book. Starts with a scene in a presidential library and then there are excerpts like this:"If you think women are not creatures of action, you've got pumpkin seeds for brains." And "Food and art are very capable peacekeepers."
